They are required to follow these steps.<ol><li>Check all the submission requirements.<ul><li>You must read and acknowledge that you&#8217;ve completed the requirements below before proceeding.<\/li><li>The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).<\/li><li>The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.<\/li><li>Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.<\/li><li>The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.<\/li><li>The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Submit as Author.<\/li><li>Agree to have their data collected and stored according to the privacy statement.<\/li><li>Save and continue<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>UPLOAD THE SUBMISSION FILE (<strong>only the abstract<\/strong>)<ul><li>Start to upload a file: article component \u2013 article text<\/li><li>Upload a file and continue.<\/li><li>Review detail.
