Dr. Backues\u2019s interests and experience are in grassroots liberative empowerment methodologies, social justice, cultural exploration, organizational analysis and change, and community development, especially in respect to practical, implemented operations and community involvement. Backues has been a university professor\/academic for last 15 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prof. Hirose, Eishi. – Shizuoka University of Art and Culture, Japan<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Prof. Hirose, Eishi is a lecturer at Shizouka University of Art and Culture. He is also a professor at Faculty of Letters, Maranatha Christian University. His specialty is in Japanese linguistics and Japanese language education. He is well-known to be a keynote speaker in various seminars and conferences in relation to Japanese language and linguistics. His doctoral degree is acquired from Nagoya Graduate School, Graduate School of Letters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sulaiman Shehdek is an officer of Visit Indonesian Tourism Office (VITO), Singapore. He has held the position since 2011. He has a higher diploma in Tourism Management and Hospitality. His 34 years\u2019 experience in Tourism industry as a whole has brought him vast knowledge locally as well as regionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Pancahrle Thongpanich – School of Liberal Arts, Mae Fah Luang University, Thailand<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Pancahrle Thongpanich is a lecturer of School of Liberal Arts, Mae Fah Luang University, Thailand. Her area of interests are in Creative Writing, Postcolonial Literature, and Children\u2019s Literature. She acquires her doctoral degree in Creative Writing from University of Birmingham, United Kingdom. She also writes several short stories, such as Party, Taxi, Boy Scout Camp; Mae Nak Saga, and Supernatural FM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I Ketut Arka S.S., M.A.P. is a tour guide and lecturer of Indonesia Technology University. Since 1997, he has worked as a tour guide, gaining extensive knowledge in the tourism industry. He is also a member of the Association of Indonesian Tour Guide of Bali (BGA). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
